Bring a Friend at Glaecier

The Bring a Friend concept:

The “Bring a Friend” concept offers you the opportunity to share the Glaecier experience with your friends. You can introduce your friends to Glaecier, allowing you to share the great experience together.

How it works:

1: In order to bring a friend to Glaecier, you have to buy a “Bring a Friend” ticket through the Glaecier app. You go to Glaecier with you friend and bring them inside. Then you open the app and buy the ticket following instructions on the sign next to the scanner (located across from the coffee machine). The ticket will be billed to your Glaecier account.

2: Your friend must wear the printed wristband ticket during your stay at Glaecier. You can stay at Glaecier for two hours with your friend.

3: When you bring a friend to Glaecier it is your responsibility that your friends follows all guidelines such as “hilsepligt” etc. the same way you do.

4: You can bring as many different friends as you like, however only two at a time.

5: For every visit with a friend, 245 DKK / 349 DKK is billed to you account. (Off peak hours / Peak hours) Peak hours is Monday – Friday; 7 – 9 AM and 5 – 8 PM. Saturday – Sunday; 9 – 11 AM and 6 – 8 PM.

6: Note; It is NOT allowed to bring a friend to the members gus. If you want to enjoy a gus with your friend, instead buy tickets for the Open Gus under “Book” on website.

Rules:

1: Ensuring your friend follows all Glaecier rules is your responsibility.

2: Your friend has to always wear the “Bring a Friend”-wristband when at Glaecier.

3: Your friend can only use the “Bring a Friend”-wristband when accompanied by you.

4: Your friend has to do “hilsepligt”, and in general follow all normal Glaecier-rules when at Glaecier.

Pricing:

What if the Bring a Friend wristband printer isn’t working?:

You can enter with you friend, but it is very important that you send us an e-mail at community@glaecier.com, stating the date and time for the visit and if you brought one or two friends. Not e-mailing us in case of the ticket system not working, can lead to losing your membership.
