Bring a Friend at Glaecier

The Bring a Friend feature gives you the opportunity to share the Glaecier experience with friends. You can invite them to join you during regular member hours and introduce them to our unique atmosphere.

How it works:

  1. Purchase a ticket
    Open the Glaecier app and follow the instructions on the sign located next to the scanner (across from the coffee machine). Once you’ve scanned the QR code, the ticket will be billed to your Glaecier account. Important: You must be present and escort your friend into Glaecier yourself before buying the ticket.
  2. Print the wristband
    Your friend must wear the printed Bring a Friend wristband during the entire visit. You can stay together at Glaecier for up to 2 hours.
  3. Respect the house rules
    You are responsible for ensuring your friend follows all Glaecier guidelines – including the “hilsepligt” (greeting ritual) and general code of conduct.
  4. Limit of two guests
    You may bring up to two friends at a time.
  5. Pricing
    A visit with a friend costs:

    249 DKK during off-peak hours
    349 DKK during peak hours

    Peak hours:
    Monday–Friday: 7–9 AM & 5–8 PM
    Saturday–Sunday: 9–11 AM & 6–8 PM
  6. Important – Gus sessions
    It is not permitted to bring guests to Membersgus.

    If you’d like to enjoy a saunagus with a friend, your friend need to book a spot for Open Gus via the website under “Book”.
    You book your own ticket in the Glaecier app (99 DKK), and your friend books theirs on the website (399 DKK). Make sure spots are available for you both before booking.

Rules:

  • Your friend must always wear the wristband.
  • Your friend may only enter and stay when accompanied by you.
  • You are responsible for your friend following all Glaecier rules, including hilsepligt and respectful behavior.

What if the Bring a Friend wristband printer isn’t working?:

You may still enter with your friend, but you must email us at community@glaecier.com immediately. Include:

  • Your full name
  • Date and time of visit
  • Whether you brought one or two friends

Failure to report this may result in the loss of your membership.
